Description Of Services

AIMED provides voice-driven documentation and translation services for home care organizations. Our services include voice capture, transcription, structured note generation, and translation capabilities designed to support healthcare documentation workflows.

Pilot Program

Participation in our pilot program is subject to:

• Completion of onboarding and workflow mapping
• Compliance with security and data handling requirements
• Active participation in feedback and iteration processes
• Adherence to pilot-specific terms and conditions

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to compromise the security of our services
• Obtain necessary consents for data processing as required by law

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AIMED Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
